When do I receive my order ?
It usually takes 2 - 5 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

Europe: 3 - 5 working days

International: 10-20 working days
Where will my order be shipped from?
We partner with an on-demand company that handles assignments with facilities around the world! In order to shorten delivery times and routes, your products are produced and shipped in your area
My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before you contact us, please help us by doing the following:

Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.

Check with the local post office to see if you have the package.

Check with your neighbors to see if the courier dropped off the package with them.
If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at contact@reze-design.com with your order number.
If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

How do we produce?
We work with several producers verified for sustainability and social commitments. All our products are finished in our atelier in Paris and sent to you from there.
How do I track my order ?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, send us an email to contact@reze-design.com
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week to contact@reze-design.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!
RETURNS
What are your return policies?
We offer returns or exchanges 14 days after receiving the products, but we would like to point out that each item is only made after your order and specifically for you. Therefore, please use our size tables to find the right size. We no longer offer returns after the return period. After receiving the returned goods, we will take care of a refund within 14 days.
How do I return my order ?
If you would like to return your order, please contact us at contact@reze-design.com and tell us the reason for your return.
Please ensure that the items are returned to us undamaged, unworn and securely packaged. Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that have obviously been worn for a long time, are damaged or are very dirty.
What if it is an incorrect or damaged item?
Even though we carry out a quality control of the items before each order, it may be that we have overlooked details. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, you can of course return it free of charge. However, we ask that you send us proof images to make sure that the error occurred on our side.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. You can return the item to us and place a new order with the correct size.
While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at contact@reze-design.com within one week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!
